QC DC ERC

Hydraulic QC/DC

The QC/DC could cancel the converging tube between loading arm and vessel. It can also cover three nominal dimension flanges to make the connecting operation easily. It makes the connect and disconnect automatically with hydraulic control system instead of manual operating.

ERS (Emergency Release System)

The ERS manufactured by our factory mainly consists of three parts: the alarm system, the hydraulic control system and the release coupler

1) The alarm system consists of position switch and visual-audio annunciator
2) Hydraulic control system consists of accumulator, hydraulic control valve and hydraulic cylinder
3) The release coupler consists of shut off valve (double ball valve), clamping mechanism and pressing pole mechanism.

For double-line loading arm, both the vapor line and liquid line must be mounted with the ERS. In the graph, the ERS for the vapor line is different from the one for the liquid, since it only has a single direction shut off valve. The structure is simpler than ERC for liquid line. The two ERS shall be actuated synchronously while releasing.
